Starting in May this year, EUMeTrain is going to hold a repetition of the basic satellite course which is held every second year, called the ‘Satellite Skills Course 2018’. This course is intended for beginners in satellite meteorology and intends to provide a fundamental knowledge of the very basics of satellite meteorology.
The course will start on 2 May and end on 17 June 2018. While being mostly asynchronous, it will also include online sessions where participants can get in touch with trainers. A specially designed Moodle platform will be used during the whole course phase.
